Knee pain. O/E : swelling along lateral femoral tibial joint line.

Lateral meniscal cyst

Lateral meniscus appears to be extruded. It shows hypoechoic areas. A well-defined cyst is seen abutting lateral meniscus. No osteophytes are seen from periarticular surface of tibia and femur.
