Left-upper lobe partial anomalous pulmonary venous return

Updates to Case Attributes
Status
changed from draft to pending review.
Body
was changed:
CT angiography and 3D CT clearly shows the common upper pulmonary vein connecting to the anomalous vertical vein, which in turn drains into the left innominate vein. In a well-performed CT angiography of the pulmonary arteries, the pulmonary veins of the upper lobe may show early and intense opacification, due to retrograde flow of the contrast. This will be more obvious when the contrast media is being administered via the left arm or left jugular vein. ( accidental(incidental finding ).
