Body was changed:

An elderly male with a clinical diagnosis of Leriche syndrome presented with macroscopic hematuriahaematuria. The CT scan of the abdomen demonstrates complete occlusion of the infra-renal aorta and iliacsiliac arteries resultresulting in Leriche syndrome. Diffuse urinary bladder wall thickening and fungating mass within the urinary bladder is noted representing the presumed diagnosis of urothelioma.
