  • incidental complete fusion of the lunate and triquetral representing an osseous lunotriquetralluno-triquetral coalition.
  • mild positive ulnar variance.
  • no acute bony injury.

Positive ulnar variance describes where the distal articular surface of the ulna is more distal as compared to the articular surface of the radius. It is associated with ulnar impaction syndrome and triangular fibrocartilage tears.
