Lymphocele

Bilateral simple-appearing pelvic fluid collections in the region of the external iliac vessels, consistent with bilateral lymphoceles.
Status post prostatectomy.
Mild circumferential mural thickening of the urinary bladder is nonspecific. This could reflect cystitis in the appropriate clinical setting.
Case Discussion
Lymphoceles are a common complication of prostatectomy with lymph node dissection.
They can cause mass effect on the bladder.
Typical location and surgical history helps in making the diagnosis.
