Right upper and lower limb weakness and right facial droop.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Male
mri

There is a small focus of high signal on DWI with matching low values on ADC in the anterior left medulla, involving the corticospinal tract, in keeping with an acute medial medullary infarct.
