Findings was changed:

There is an encapsulated collection in deeper part of the subcutaneous plane of proximal thigh on lateral aspect. It abuts the fascia. In its cranial part; lesion overlies the greater trochanter of the right femur. There are tiny echoes, few thin septa, and fat globules within the lesion. The lesion is partly compressible. There is a well-defined thin capsule ( 1 mm thickness ) around the lesion.

Approximate size of the lesion :

  • Cranio-caudal               - 128 mm
  • Transverse                    - 96 mm
  • Thickness                      - 27 mm

Underlying thigh muscles show normal echo pattern.
