Presentation

Inversion injury whilst at trampoline park today, swollen and tender lateral malleolus and base of 5th. PMH Club foot.

Patient Data

Age: 7 years
Gender: Male

Small volume sclerotic navicular.

Normal small joints.

Case Discussion

Typical appearances of osteonecrosis of the navicular. This is one of the commoner sites. The radiological appearances are the same regardless of location - volume loss and dense sclerosis.
