Typical CT appearance of non-ossifying fibroma. It is a benign metaphysical lesion, one of "do not touch" lesions. Initially, it located in the methaphysis but during bone growth, it migrates distally to diaphysis (as in our case).

CT of knee demonstrates lucent lesion with a sclerotic rim located eccentrically in proximal diaphysis of right fibula. No cortical breach or periostalperiosteal reaction.
