24 yrsA primiparous. who was scanned at 28 weeks and rescanned at 32 weeks
Age changed from 28 wks and 32 wks to 24 years.

Fetus was delivered later. Referred to paediatric surgeon. Findings of oesophageal atresia was confirmed.

Findings was changed:

Scanned at 28 wksweeks of gestation and 32 wksweeks of gestation.

Increasing poly hydramniospolyhydramnios noted.

Single umbilical artery.

Stomach fluid was always absent.

Fetal neck showed fluid filled pouch posterior to trachea. This pouch filled up and emptied during scan. 3 times during 45 min scanminute scan time at 28 wksweeks and 2 times for 30 minduring a 30 minute scan time at 32 wksweeks.
