Findings was changed:

Radiographs of the left knee demonstrate aan osteochondroma of the medial femur metaphysis complicated by a fracture. There is an adjacent, more medial, calcific density may represent a displaced fracture fragmentthat appears to be the "missing piece" chipped off of the osteochondroma.
