Both knee joint pain

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

Both knee joints

x-ray

Bilateral cortical outgrowth seen away from knee joint space in proximal tibia compatible with osteochondroma.

Osteoarthritis of both knee joints.

Case Discussion

Exostosis in proximal tibia bilaterally. Proximal tibia is commonly affected and is the second most common site for osteochondromas.
