Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:

Large pericardial effusion measuring 4cm in depth.

3.3cm aneurysm of the aortic arch.  Two smaller aortic diverticulae of the descending colonthoracic aorta.

No dissection.  No intramural haematoma.

Small bilateral pleural effusions.
