Posterior fossa anomaly with hypoplastic right cerebellar hemisphere and vermis and prominent CSF cleft communicating with the posterior aspect of the 4th ventricle.
Vascular anomaly with absent right internal carotid artery.
Case Discussion
The constellation of findings is consistent with PHACE syndrome.
