Geographic hepatic perfusion abnormality in keeping with left lobe of liver infarction, with pneumobilia and portal vein thrombus. Moderate

Head-of-pancreas tumour with stent in-situ.

Moderate bilateral pleural effusions. Incidental note of tablets in the stomach and large simple renal cysts.
