Updates to Case Attributes

Presentation was changed:
Motor car accident.
Body was changed:

Posterior shoulder dislocation demonstrated on initial plain films (trough line sign and loss of normal half moon overlap sign) .

Post reduction plain films and CT reveal bony compression defect in the antero-medialanteromedial humeral head (reverse Hill-Sachs lesion) and small chip fracture of the posterior glenoid (reverse Bankart lesion) which are common injuries associated with posterior shoulder dislocation.

Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:

Compression defect in the antero-medialanteromedial humeral head (reverse Hill-Sachs lesion) and small chip fracture of the posterior glenoid (reverse Bankart lesion) are the sequelae of prior posterior shoulder dislocation.
