Findings
was changed:
Focal suspicious lesion at the anterior transitional zone (mid gland-base).
On T2, the lesion is hypointense, lentiform with a lentiform shape with and ill defined-defined margins and. It also has the "Erased"erased charcoal sign".
On DWI, there is restricted diffusion with a low ADC value of 600.
On the dynamic contrast enhanced scans, the lesion demonstrated a Type 3 curve.
The overall PI-RADS score given was 5 / 5.
