Findings was changed:

Poor inspiratory radiograph.

Left pleural based basal opacification may represent atelectasis but could also represent a lung infarction in pulmonary embolism. Further CT scan assessment is required.

Wedge-shape pleural-based lesion involving the left lower lobe representing infarcted lung secondary pulmonary embolism. Pulmonary embolism was also seen within the left pulmonary arterial system.
