Age changed from 49 to 50 years.
Body was changed:

This film demonstrates relatively early fibrosis (for a chest radiograph):

1.  Increased increased interstitial markings

2. A 'shaggy' or instinct outline to the heart (due to adjacent lung fibrosis)

3.  At at this stage the lung volumes are maintained.

The causes of lung fibrosis are multiple.

HRCT chest is typically performed to assess the extent of the disease in a more sensitive fashion.
