Evidence of recent anterior dislocation of the right shoulder and subsequent:
- Coracoid process avulsion fracture with resultant rotator interval tear and mild subscapularis tendinopathy.
- Hill-Sach’s lesion of the right humeral head.
- Moderate joint effusion and subcoracoid bursitis.
Joint is now relocated.

Evidence of recent posterior dislocation of the left shoulder and subsequent:
- Trough lesion (reverse Hill-Sachs lesion) of the left humeral head.
- Low grade strain of the left infraspinatus, teres minor, posterior fibers of supraspinatus and posterior fibers of deltoid muscles.
- Moderate joint effusion and subcoracoid bursitis.
Joint is now relocated.
