Presentation was changed:
This 70 year old female was aA pedestrian who was hit by a reversing car. A CT trauma series was performed.

Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:
  • right lower pole renal laceration with fluid demonstrated in the perirenal space
  • lacerations in hepatic segments five and six with associated subcapsular haematoma
  • adrenal atrophy and decreased bone density suggestive of previous steroid use
  • right sided-sided haemothorax with multiple rib fractures
