Body was changed:

50 year old male patient presented with history of right renal mass for evaluation. Contrast enhanced CT scan of the chest abdomen and pelvis was performed in the arterial and porto-venous phases. The examination reveals a large heterogeneously enhancing lesion involving the right kidney with metastatic deposits involving the liver (segment 6), and both adrenals. No pancreatic or contra-lateral kidney deposits are noted. Multiple lung metastasis as well as right pleural and pericardial deposits are noted. Bone scan reveals right side upper ribs uptake corresponding to the site of the pleural deposits.

Biopsy of the renal mass reveals renal cell carcinoma, clear cell type.
