Large well-circumscribed heterogeneously enhancing retroperitoneal mass with central necrotic areas, located posterior to the 2nd part of duodenum which is displaced anteriorly with medial displacement of the pancreatic head.
No abdominal lymphadenopathy or intraperitoneal effusion.
Ectopic malrotated right kidney locates in the right upper pelvic region.
