Soft tissue calcification seen overlying the greater tuberosity of humerus in relation to site of rotator cuff attachment.
Case Discussion
Chronic inflammatory changes within the rotator cuff tendon results in calcification. Soft calcification can be picked in ultrasound, while later stages appear in radiographs.
