Contributed by Senai Goitom Sereke
Peritoneal CSF pseudocyst (CSFoma) is a loculated CSF collection surrounding VP shunt tube and can occur from weeks to years after insertion of the VP shunt. It can be free in the peritoneal cavity or adhere to a serosal surface of solid organs, as in this case to the liver.
