Presentation

Right testicular pain 7 days ago.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Right testicular parenchyma shows heterogeneous echopattern, no flow by power Doppler study by comparing to the normal left one.

Intra-operative photo of neglected right testicular torsion with resultant ischemia/infarction.

Non-viable infarcted right testis post orchiectomy.

Case Discussion

Sequel of neglected right testicular torsion with consequent ischemia and infarction. It managed by orchiectomy.
