Presentation
Incidental finding on female patient presented with delayed post-hysterectomy pelvic pain.
Patient Data
High origin of the right main renal artery, originating at T10 level crossing the right diaphragmatic crus, with another small caliber accessory right renal artery seen originating near the normal renal artery origin at L2 level.
Normal origin of the left renal artery.
Case Discussion
The main renal arteries arising above the celiac axis is an uncommon finding.
While in the presented case was incidentally found, such anomaly can cause renal artery stenosis through the entrapment of renal artery by the diaphragmatic crus.
