Effusion with echoes are notedinvolving navicular - cuniformcuneiform joint and 1st to 4th Lisfranc Joints.Periarticular erosion is present. Significant erosion of navicular and medial cuniform cuneiform is noted.

Joint effusion shows extensionin subcutenoussubcutaneous plane. Two collections are noted.

Medial to dorsalis pedis - 31 x28 x 17 mm. Lateral to dorsalis pedis - 14 x12 x10 mm.

 MildMild tenosynovitis is seen in medialtendons. NONo tendon tear is seen.
