Boat accident with head trauma, no medical history. Trauma CT was done according to the local routine. The patient had no symptoms from his shoulders.

There is intra-articular gas in the right shoulder joint, without any other signs of injury to the area.
Case Discussion
The patient had a minor superficial wound to the skull. The CT examinations carried out did not reveal any other traumatic injuries to the head, cervical spine or thorax.
