Presentation

Hyperflexion injury of the left knee.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male
mri

Avulsion-fracture involving the majority of the tibial eminence at the tibial insertion of the ACL which is intact with complete separation of the bony fragment. Bone marrow edema of the lateral femoral condyle and tibial plateau with large joint effusion.
