Left scrotal swelling for 6 months, with complain of pain for 2 days.
Patient Data
Well-defined, solid isoechoic left para-testicular lesion measuring 1.8 x 2.1 cm, likely arising from the tail of the epididymis. No cystic component or calcifications are seen in it. Mild internal vascularity is seen in it on color Doppler ultrasound examination.
Histopathology of the excised left para-testicular lesion revealed adenomatoid tumor. Immunohistochemistry showed diffusely positive pancytokeratin (AE1/AE3) and calretinin (SP65).
