In this non-contrast, portal phase, and delayed series, we can observe a mass with negative attenuation in the left adrenal gland, measuring -20 HU. Additionally, there is descending colon diverticulosis.
Case Discussion
This is a typical case of adrenal myelolipoma with fat density. Biopsy or further studies are not necessary.
