A detachment of the anteroinferior labrum from the glenoid and scapular periosteum is lifted.
Case Discussion
The labral-ligamentous complex is displaced medially, rolling up itself underneath intact periosteum. The labrum is still attached to the capsule, but avulsed from the glenoid.
