Well-defined polyp arising from the right maxillary sinus and extending into the nasopharynx through an enlarged accessory maxillary ostium in keeping with an antrochoanal polyp.

Deviated nasal septum.

Antrochoanal polys (ACP) is a solitary sinonasal polyp that arises within the antrum of the maxillary sinus and passes through and enlarges the sinus ostium and posterior nasal cavity at the level of the choana.
