Presentation

Abdominal pain and urinary retention post-transurethral resection of a bladder tumor.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Intra- and extraperitoneal free fluid and locules of free gas mainly surrounding the bladder.

The delayed study demonstrates extravasation of contrast from the bladder with a lead point identified in the dome of the bladder, best seen in the last key image.
