Air-fluid levels are noted in both breasts.

The lungs, mediastinum and pleural spaces are unremarkable.

Case Discussion

Air-fluid levels are seen in both breasts.

In this case, this was due recent to postoperative bilateral breast reconstruction.

Remeber: "where is the lesion before what is the lesion"

In chest radiology, an air-fluid level may be in the soft tissues of the breast, in the pleural space or in the lung.
