Right-sided hearing loss.
Patient Data
Right cerebellopontine angle rounded calcified mass lesion with smooth surface. It is based on the inner aspect of right petrous bone with hyperostosis, located posterior to the internal auditory meatus encroaching upon it. It is also compressing the right side of brainstem. Its lower part is also extending to the vestibular aqueduct.
The calcified right cerebellopontine angle mass lesion is seen encroaching and mildly extending into the medial part of the right internal auditory canal compressing the vestibulocochlear and facial nerves. It is also extending to the right vestibular aqueduct.
