Expansile multiloculated mass arising from anterior maxilla associated with the roots of incisor teeth and an uninterrupted molar tooth. Well defined margins. No resorption of adjacent teeth or root blunting. Internal calcifications seem to be more prominent around the crown of the uninterrupted molar tooth.
Case Discussion
The diagnosis of calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor was confirmed by biopsy. The patient went on to have it completely resected.
