Intravenous urography image in the pyelogram phase (15 minutes after IV contrast injection) shows middle and lower calyxes stretching. Delayed images show well opacification of a large calyceal diverticulum.
Case Discussion
A calyceal diverticulum is a cystic cavity filled with urine that connects to the collecting system via a narrow isthmus. It can be found incidentally or cause symptoms.
