Presentation
Long-standing right lower lateral chest wall swelling.
Patient Data
well-circumscribed, non-calcified, non-enhancing homogeneous fat attenuation mass (average density= -53 HU) in the subcutaneous soft tissues of the right lateral chest wall. Another small fat density lesion (average density= -20 HU) in the midline lower anterior chest wall
aberrant right subclavian artery, taking a retro-esophageal course
changes of partial collapse-consolidation in the left lower lobe and focal infiltrates and tree-in-bud appearance in the right lower lobe; filling defects in bilateral lower lobar and segmental bronchi
small left pleural effusion and minimal pericardial effusion; 8 mm enhancing lymph node in the precardiac fat
