The intra and extra hepatic bile ducts are filled by injecting the contrast material through the drain catheter.
An 8mm filling defect is noted in the distal third of the CBD, suggesting stone.
The contrast material enters easily into the duodenal lumen.
There is no evidence in favor of contrast material leakage into the peritoneal space.
