Presentation

Operated for spinal lipomeningomyelocoele with swelling over coccyx.

Patient Data

Gender: Male
  • operated lumbo-sacral lipomenongomyelocele with low-lying, tethered spinal cord
  • osteomyelitis of coccyx 
  • abscess/ collection in the soft tissue surrounding the coccyx

Case Discussion

These findings represents operated spinal dysraphism with osteomyelitis of coccyx and pericoccygeal soft tissue abscess.
