Congenital proximal radio-ulnar synostosis is a congenital disease caused by failure of differentiation that leads to the presence of a bony bridge between the proximal radius and ulna.
The patients present with restrictions of full movement of the affected limbs.
The average age at diagnosis is 6 years.
