Transverse fracture of the radial neck with accompanying radial head dislocation and displacement of the fragment.
Case Discussion
This is an interesting case where the radial neck fracture and radial head dislocation has resulted in flipping of the fracture fragment such that the fracture seems to articulate with the distal humerus.
