Bilateral, diffuse, and regular fascial thickening with marked enhancement after Gadolinium injection.
Bilateral diffuse subcutaneous edema.
Case Discussion
The association of diffuse fascitis with hypereosinophilia on blood tests is highly suggestive of eosinophilic fascitis, also known as Shulman disease.
