Epiphyseal spur

A tiny spur is noted on the lateral side of the distal radial epiphysis.
No traumatic finding.
Case Discussion
Epiphyseal spur is a normal finding and usually arises at the level of the closed epiphyseal line. It shouldn't be mistaken for a fracture!
