Giant left-sided cystic mass causing rightward and inward displacement of the gravide uterus arising from the left ovary. Mild ascites is also seen. The right ovary is not identified.
Location and structure of the placenta are normal.
Fetal organs are unremarkable.
Case Discussion
An interesting case of giant ovarian serous cystadenoma which could potentially be misinterpreted as ascites especially on ultrasound. However, a thin peripheral wall is seen on MRI, which helps distinguishing it from ascites.
