The trachea is displaced to the right between C7 and Th3 levels. No other abnormality.

An about inhomogeneously hypoechogenic cyst is visible in the left lobe of the thyroid, showing intracystic growth, having an approximately 60 mm diameter.
Case Discussion
Acute spontaneous hemorrhage into a thyroid cyst, which resulted in marked dislocation of the trachea, and resultant breathing difficulty.
