Decompensated heart failure with shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Female

A small well defined hyperechoic lesion is seen in the right liver lobe without detectable vascularity.

Selected images from chest angiography show a small homogenous hypodense well defined rounded lesion in segment VII, with a mean density of -60 HU.
