There is a wedge-shaped defect with altered marrow signals/edema are noted involving posterolateral aspect of humeral head.
No joint effusion is noted.
No definite evidence of Bankart lesion is seen.

Imaging findings and presentation of the patient are characteristic for Hill-Sachs defect as described above.
